Jack Reed? Not so much.

Evidently, this morning it was Sen. Reed's turn to audition on Sunday Talk (opposite Holy Joe with Boy George on ABC).

IMHO:

Dull as dishwater.

Not physically attractive.

Monotone speech.  (Sitting next to Joe, and HE sounded monotone.)

And, NOT inspirational in the least.

Unless they've decided they need a largely unknown boring older milquetoast white guy to shore up their support in Rhode Island, I can't imagine he's the one.

I has to be Clark.

He's the most obvious, best choice.

Hell's bells, even the GOP didn't have to crucify Eisenhower's record in order to make Reagan their 'saint'. We can have two great ones, you know?

Should read: 'It has to be Clark'.

Darn keyboarding skills.....

What's wrong with Reed? (none / 0)

Serious question.  Is trolling a way of life for you or is it just something that you enjoy doing?

Why the Sunset Boulevard clip?  I don't get it.  In case anyone here cares, here's an actual link to today's Reed/Lieberman on This Week:

http://youtube.com/watch?v=t_tJ7A4v4lo

For the record, Jack wasn't more monotone than Lieberman.  I believe that would be physically impossible.  Reed wasn't particularly dull.  If you were watching for his physical appearance, then I'm sorry for you.  And as for being inspirational, I wasn't aware that this was a requirement for a VP.  In fact, I'd go so far as to say if the nominee needs to look to his VP to provide "inspiration", than he's in real trouble.

The type of trouble that McCain is currently in right now.

I gave my opinion (none / 0)

and asked what others thought.  Isn't this a political discussion site?  I thought that's what we do.  You really need to chill, and then look up the definition of troll.
BTW - the link - - "I'm ready for my closeup" - - get it - - humor?  HUMOR?
